The Future Continuous Tense (With Real-Life Examples)

What is the Future Continuous tense?

The Future Continuous tense is used to talk about actions that will be in progress at a specific time in the future.

It is formed with will be + verb-ing and is commonly used for future plans, polite questions, and imagining future situations.

The Future Continuous is a useful English tense for talking about what will be happening at a particular moment in the future.

Instead of focusing on when something starts or ends, this tense focuses on the activity in progress — just like a snapshot of the future.
